Funding Priorities
PSFC does extensive research to support the most promising work being done in the psychedelic field. Our current funding priorities include:
Support for the accessibility of FDA-approved, high-quality, MDMA-assisted therapy in the United States
Ensuring psilocybin programs in Colorado and Oregon provide high-quality models for psychedelic healing in non-prescription settings
With work underway to ensure the successful rollout of the Oregon Psilocybin Therapy Services Initiative and Colorado’s Natural Medicine Health Act, as well as FDA approvals for the prescription of MDMA possible in 2024, there is much to be done to strengthen the infrastructure for robust, safe, effective, and accessible systems of psychedelic care delivery under both models.
As a community of funders, we recognize the power of working as a collective. We also recognize the important role that philanthropy will continue to play in enabling the build-out of critical infrastructure for psychedelic care delivery – particularly for organizations or initiatives that would otherwise go underfunded.
Information for Grantseekers
PSFC’s grantmaking is focused on supporting the above priorities.
